Our Standard Charge for delivery covers Post & Packaging to all locations within the United Kingdom. Our European Charge covers Post & Packaging to all non UK locations within the European Union. We use Royal Mail second class services for Standard Charge and European Union deliveries, but reserve the right to use other tariffs or couriers at our discretion.
We normally pack and ship orders the following day for expected delivery by the third working day from the order date, but we cannot guarantee a delivery date unless special delivery is ordered and paid for.
We use Royal Mail services for Next Working Day and Guaranteed Saturday deliveries, which are only available to United Kingdom addresses for orders up to 10Kg in weight and may not be requested for orders with free postage. Next Working Day and Guaranteed Saturday shall be delivered by 1:00 pm the next working day with the exception of certain postcodes in the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Channel Islands and other remote parts of the UK as listed in Royal Mail special delivery Coverage.
Next Working Day orders received after 3pm UK time will be treated as having been received the following day and Guaranteed Saturday orders must be made before 3pm UK time on the previous Friday.
Packing and Postage costs are calculated with respect to the weight and size of the items. Our policy is to charge the actual cost to ABD for purchasing the packaging, labour to pack, administration to arrange collection/delivery and the shipping charges.
Free Delivery is based on the Sub-Total value, which does not include VAT / Sales Tax or delivery charges.
We recommend using the Parcel Motel service address in Antrim to reduce the cost for orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland.
We will arrange delivery of products in accordance with your order. We make every effort to have the products delivered within the expected timetable, however delays are sometimes inevitable due to unforeseen circumstances. We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to products supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
We may be unable to supply the ordered goods within 10 working days due to stock outages, manufacturing problems, transport problems (strikes, weather, etc) or other circumstances beyond our control. If this delivery problem is known, you will informed of the delay by email, telephone or, in the absence of these details, by letter. You may cancel the order for a full refund or agree to a later delivery date.
We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the delivery of your order.
In no case shall we have any liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under our Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
